Faith-based fitness and nutrition programs that honor the body as temple, integrating spiritual practice with physical wellness.
I'm Marcella Watkins.
This space exists because of a simple, steady calling: to make room for Christ-centered renewal of body and identity, rooted in Him. Not through pressure or performance, but through return — to Jesus, to truth, and to the life He offers when we listen and respond.
I am not here to persuade or convince. I am here because I have learned, again and again, that when we slow down enough to respond to Jesus' invitation, He does the restoring. This space is an extension of that posture — one of listening, obedience, and trust.
Everything shared here flows from a desire to stay close to Him, and to walk alongside others who are sensing that same invitation.
My story is not one of self-made transformation, but of being met — gently and persistently — by Jesus in places that required surrender. I have learned that renewal does not begin with trying harder, but with yielding more fully.
There were seasons when rebuilding was necessary, when obedience required letting go, and when faith meant walking forward without clarity. In those moments, Jesus proved faithful — not loud or forceful, but steady, present, and trustworthy.
What I carry now comes from that walking. Not from having everything figured out, but from choosing to remain rooted in Him. This work, this writing, and this space exist because I have seen what happens when we stop striving for change and instead respond to His call to return.
I write because obedience asked me to listen — and love compelled me to respond.
Writing has never been a pursuit of visibility for me. It has been a way of making room. A way of tending to what God restores when we slow down enough to return to Him — in our bodies, in our identity, and in the quiet places where formation actually happens.
The Glory Reset emerged from that posture. Not as a solution to offer, but as an invitation to return — to Jesus, to truth, and to a way of living rooted in Him rather than driven by striving. From that same place came its companion, the Faith & Fasting Journal, created to support those who felt called to linger longer, to reflect more deeply, and to walk that renewal with intention and grace.
Other writing has followed — and continues to unfold — not as a departure from that foundation, but as a continuation of it. Each work grows from the same call to remain rooted in Him, allowing renewal to take shape over time, through obedience, reflection, and trust.
Everything I write flows from that same desire: to create space for listening, for response, and for gentle formation. Not to instruct from a distance, but to walk alongside those who are sensing a similar invitation — toward renewal that is grounded, Christ-centered, and led by Him.
If my writing serves any purpose, it is this: to help others recognize that the invitation they feel is real, that rest is not earned, and that renewal begins when we say yes to returning — again and again — rooted in Him.
This space exists to offer invitation, not instruction.
It is a place for those who are sensing a call toward Christ-centered renewal — a place to pause, to listen, and to respond without pressure or performance. Nothing here is meant to rush you forward or demand a decision. The work of renewal belongs to Jesus, not to this space.
This is not a platform built on urgency, comparison, or perfection. It is not a place for formulas, quick fixes, or spiritual striving. You will not be asked to prove readiness or measure progress here.
What this space does offer is presence. Room to breathe. Language that points back to Jesus rather than away from Him. It is meant to support reflection, obedience, and gentle formation as He leads — at His pace, in His way.
If you find yourself lingering, returning, or sensing a quiet invitation to go deeper, trust that. There is no expectation attached. Only the freedom to walk with Him — rooted, attentive, and at rest.
The writings shared here are not products of ambition, but fruit of obedience.
Each one emerged from the same place of listening — a desire to remain rooted in Jesus and to respond to His invitation toward Christ-centered renewal of body and identity. They are offered not as answers to adopt, but as companions for those who are walking, pausing, returning, and beginning again.
The Glory Reset is a 28-day, Christ-centered journey created to help you return — not to a set of rules or routines, but to alignment with Jesus in your body, identity, and daily life.
This book is not about striving, extremes, or proving discipline. It is an invitation to step out of performance and into restoration, allowing God to quiet what has grown noisy, restore what has been worn, and re-center what has drifted.
It is for those who are sensing that renewal begins not with doing more, but with returning — again and again — rooted in Him.
A Companion to The Glory Reset
The Faith & Fasting Journal was created for those who felt called to linger longer.
Designed as a companion to The Glory Reset, this journal offers space for reflection, prayer, and response — supporting a slower, more attentive walk through fasting and faith. It is not prescriptive or demanding, but gentle and spacious, allowing renewal to unfold with intention and grace.
This journal exists to support those who desire to remain present with Jesus in the process, giving language and room to what He is doing beneath the surface.

Forthcoming
Revived. Redeemed. Radiant. Released. is a continuation of the same invitation — a deeper exploration of what it means to live from identity rather than effort, and to walk forward rooted in Christ rather than driven by striving.
This work builds upon the same foundation of renewal, obedience, and trust, allowing formation to take shape over time as we respond to Jesus' call in each season.
More will be shared when the time is right.
While each offering stands on its own, they are all rooted in the same posture: listening, responding, and remaining close to Jesus.
You are free to engage with any of them — or simply to remain here, resting and listening. There is no sequence required, no expectation to move quickly. Renewal unfolds as He leads.
If you feel led to reach out, you're welcome to do so.
